Service work requires versatility; one day you are doing the alignment of a propulsion unit on a cruise ship, the next day you are measuring the parallelism of rollers on a paper machine. You can start learning the alignment and mounting work as a Support Engineer, following internal courses and gaining experience by assisting Alignment Engineers. After you have become an Alignment Engineer, there is a possibility that you grow into the function of Senior Alignment Engineer.
