Line bore measurements
Main journal bearings
During production or in repair cases, Machine Support is able to provide
accurate and fast measurements of line bores. Depending on the situation
it takes approximately 2 till 3 hours to measure and report useful data
on the straightness of main journal bearings.

Before measuring the line bore it is important to check the
flatness of the engine frame.

This is a combination of line bore and parallelity measurement.
